Hello and Welcome to Creative Beauty Solutions!

My name is Jeanine Dowgos.  I am a Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) and have been serving the Upstate of South Carolina for over 25 years helping Women, Men and Teens look and feel their best.

I am a native of Massachusetts and decided after a career in corporate America, that I wanted to pursue a career that would help individuals look and feel good about themselves.  I completed the 1100 hours required for state licensing at the former Roberts Institute for Electrolysis in Boston, Massachusetts.  Shortly after my training, my family and I relocated to South Carolina.

After relocating, I established my business and became a member of the American Electrology Association (AEA) and of the South Carolina Association (SCAE).  I served on the board of SCAE as secretary for many years and a few years as Vice President.

Being in an unlicensed state, I decided to pursue the Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) credential in which I maintain through Continuing Education (CEU's).  This allows me to continue developing my skills by attending seminars, workshops and conventions.

I have dedicated myself to providing the best electrolysis service to my clients by staying on the forefront of technology using an Apilus computerized epilator, which is the latest technology in Permanent Hair Removal that produces excellent results, with minimized discomfort.

For your protection, I follow the Infection Control Standards set forth by the American Electrology Association and The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for my sterilization procedures.  I use only disposable probes and use an autoclave to sterilize instruments.
